What is soft play?

An environment filled with soft surfaces and equipment to encourage play and support a child’s healthy development.

Why is play important?

Play is essential to your little one’s development and contributes to their cognitive, social, physical, and emotional well-being.

How do I reserve a little fun zone?

Yay! We’re excited for your little(s) to enjoy some play time. Send us a message with your date, fun zone size, and color choice. We’ll send you a contract and request a 25% deposit. Final payment is due 1 week before your play date. Splash zones require a 50% deposit with the full balance due 1 week before rental date. Any play zones reserved less than 1 week away from rental date will require full payment at time of reservation.

What does the price include?

Our packages include a minimum of four hours of play time, delivery to anywhere in Imperial Valley, setup, and breakdown. We sanitize all equipment before delivery.

Are there additional fees?

Yes, aside from the rental fee, we require a 35% refundable damage deposit. This fee will be refunded to you within three business days if all equipment is returned without damage and in a clean manner (e.g. no food stains, mud, etc.). Items should be returned in the same state they were upon delivery including all balls in ball pit. The damage deposit is based on the total rental fee with any add-ons. There is also an additional fee of $35 to set up play zone on uneven surfaces such as grass or gravel. Items in the Luxury Play collection have a specific refundable damage deposit; amount shown in description.

Where can fun zones be set up?

We can set up play zones indoors or outdoors at your home, at a park, or a venue. Play zones require a flat, even surface like concrete, tile, carpet, and wood flooring. Play zones set up directly above gravel/dirt or fluffy grass will require additional equipment and a fee of $35.

Are adults allowed in little fun zones?

Yes, definitely! We encourage you to play and explore with your little one. We just ask adults to stick to sitting on floor mats and avoid leaning or standing on play pieces

How do you clean the equipment?

We use high heat steam to sanitize and kill all germs and bacteria then follow up with baby-friendly cleansers.

Can I add more play time?

Absolutely! Additional play time is $40 per extra hour.

Are you insured?

Yes, we maintain general liability and can provide certificate of insurance that may be required of certain venues.

Can you customize the little fun zone?

We want to make this the best experience for your little one(s)! Thinking two ball pits? Or do you want more soft blocks or tunnels? Let’s chat about what your needs are.

Do you set up on holidays?

Yes, we do, on select holidays. There’s an additional 25% charge for play zones reserved on select holiday weekends including 4th of July, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years.

What else do you offer?

We offer a few extras to enhance your little fun zone including a toddler roller coasters in different colors, a castle tent, and canopy for shade.

What if the weather is bad?

Now the weather is something none of us can control and we understand. We will watch the weather leading up to any play zone rental and if we’re expecting rain or high winds, we’ll work with you to find another play date. Or we can work with you to set up our play zones inside. Toddler bouncers cannot withstand winds over 25mph.
